when you arrive for your spa service, you will be escorted to a private changing room where you may change into a plush robe and slippers. enjoy our private serenity room before, after, and between services as you wish. we also have a shower to rinse off before or after your services.
if you are scheduled for a salon service, you may want to arrive 5-10 minutes early. if you are scheduled for a spa service, please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow you to prepare for your service. this time may also be used to allow your provider to gather information needed to customize your treatment.
