gratuity is not mandatory, however, it is always appreciated. when scheduling 3 or more spa services or groups larger than 3, an 18% gratuity will be added to the bill.
it is the policy of domani salon & spa for all clients receiving body or face treatments to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. this time will be used to begin your domani spa experience and to complete the necessary paperwork.
clients not making appointment cancellations 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment time or greater may be held accountable for payment of the scheduled service.
a credit card number or monetary deposit will be required to hold appointments for all groups, bridal parties and salon and spa packages. please contact a domani team member for details. domani accepts the following credit cards: visa, mastercard, american express and discover.
