The Artist Academy at Domani Salon is more than just training, it’s a launchpad for your career. We treat YOU like the incredible professional you are from day one. You’ll have a mentor walking with you through every hurdle, sharing years of knowledge and real salon experience as soon as you need it. No guesswork, no wasted time and you don’t have to make the same mistakes we did. This three-six month journey is built to help you grow faster, stronger, and more confident in your craft.

Guest Service

At Domani Salon, we don’t just style hair, we create experiences. Our front desk team plays a key role in setting the tone for every guest who walks through our doors. Our front desk isn’t just about answering phones—it’s about creating a culture of care, hospitality, and excellence. You’ll be the connection between our guests and our team, and you’ll help create the unforgettable Domani Salon experience.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a warm, engaging personality and a love for people
Thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Takes pride in staying organized and keeping things running smoothly
What you’ll do:
• Greet every guest warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive
• Manage check-ins, reservations, and retail purchases while supporting the flow of the salon
• Prepare and serve our café-style beverages for guests to enjoy during their visit
• Recommend services and professional products to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Keep the café beverage station clean, stocked, and ready for service
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members through phone calls, text messages, written communication, and in person
• Help keep the salon running smoothly by staying organized, anticipating needs, and assisting with solutions throughout the day
• Support stylists and teammates so the salon operates efficiently during busy times
• Be a key part of the salon’s heartbeat—helping create the welcoming, polished experience that defines Domani
